Pros: Senior leaders really understand the plastic manufacturing industry. As a Production Supervisor, I appreciated clear expectations on the factory floor. They're pretty direct with feedback, which is fine.
Cons: Lower-level leadership doesn't always have strong people skills. There isn't much focus on career growth for employees beyond the onsite production roles. It can be tough to get new ideas for efficiency approved.
Advice to Management: Focus on better training for all levels of leadership, especially for shift leads on the production floor. Create clearer paths for career development for those of us working onsite in Houston. Listen more to the operational team's suggestions for improvements.
