Pros: The team in the Kuala Lumpur office is great. We get to work on some cool digital art projects. As a Graphic Designer, the daily tasks are engaging and the company culture is generally supportive when you're actually onsite.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't their strong suit. While they talk about a hybrid model, it's mostly expected you're in the office. Remote work options are pretty limited and often feel like an afterthought for creative roles.
Advice to Management: Really commit to the hybrid work model if you're going to offer it. Support for employees working remote or in a hybrid setup needs serious improvement. Give creative teams more trust and tools to work effectively from anywhere.
