Okay balance, but client work can be tough

Pros: Generally, the work-life balance for Digital Marketing Specialists here is decent if you're good at project management. The hybrid work model in the Kuala Lumpur office is a huge plus, offering flexibility for a few WFH days a week. We also have a pretty solid PTO policy, making it easier to take breaks.
Cons: It's not uncommon to hit 50+ hour weeks, especially when we're pushing hard on big client projects or urgent digital campaigns. It can be tough to push back on new tasks, which often eats into personal time. The constant pressure to meet tight deadlines sometimes makes it hard to maintain a consistent schedule.
Advice to Management: Try to manage client expectations better regarding project timelines and resources. Empower team members to push back on unreasonable deadlines to protect their personal time. Consider bringing in more support during peak digital campaign periods. Show more
