Decent Job Security, But Watch Your Back

Pros: As a Software Engineer here, the core business in manufacturing automation feels pretty stable. There's always work coming in, especially for the onsite development teams in Kuala Lumpur. It's not a startup, so that's a plus for general stability.
Cons: Job security for technical roles can feel a bit shaky with project cancellations or unexpected team changes. You don't always get much heads-up on these shifts. Some other mid-sized companies handle transitions better.
Advice to Management: Be more upfront about project shifts and potential team restructuring. Investing in retaining key technical talent through clear communication would really help. Show more
