Pros: Some of the team leads are really supportive, especially when you're new as a Property Sales Executive. They do try to help you close deals in the competitive real estate industry. There's a decent push for teamwork within some departments.
Cons: Senior leadership at the Kuala Lumpur office can be pretty hands-off sometimes, or too hands-on in other areas. There's not always clear direction from the top, which makes planning tough. It often feels like management changes their mind a lot.
Advice to Management: Try to provide more consistent guidance and empower your team leads more. Clearer communication from the top would really help everyone.
