Pros: Some team leads are really supportive for onsite work. They get what it's like on the floor in EMS manufacturing. There's a decent focus on safety, which is always good.
Cons: Upper management can feel pretty disconnected from daily operations. It's tough to get clear decisions sometimes for us as Production Supervisors. Doesn't always feel like your efforts are truly recognized.
Advice to Management: Try to be more present on the production floor and listen to the concerns of front-line supervisors. Better communication between departments would help too. Invest more in leadership training for middle management.
