Pros: The team here, especially other Front Desk Associates, are really supportive. We often help each other out during busy shifts, which is great for camaraderie. It's a solid place for people new to the hospitality industry to learn the ropes.
Cons: Management can be a bit disconnected from the day-to-day for onsite staff in this corporate hotel environment. Sometimes it feels like they don't fully see the pressure we face. There's not much recognition for extra effort.
Advice to Management: Try to connect more with frontline staff and recognize their efforts beyond just hitting targets. Better communication about changes would also really help morale.
