Cons: But client demands mean long hours sometimes. It's tough to fully disconnect after work, especially in this financial services industry. There's an an expectation to be available even after office hours.
Advice to Management: Management should really look into better resource allocation to reduce the need for Project Coordinators to constantly work overtime. Clearer boundaries for after-hours communication would also help a lot in our Kuala Lumpur office.
