Pros: The base pay for a Production Operator is decent for the plastic manufacturing industry in Klang. You get standard medical benefits and EPF contributions, which is good for onsite workers.
Cons: Overtime isn't always paid at premium rates, which can be tough. There aren't many performance bonuses, so your pay doesn't really grow much beyond the base.
Advice to Management: Management should look at clearer bonus structures and better overtime compensation. It would really help with employee retention for production roles.
