Pros: The best part is definitely the team; everyone in the Kuala Lumpur office is super friendly and supportive. As a Project Coordinator, I always felt comfortable asking questions. There's a decent sense of camaraderie here.
Cons: However, the company culture can get pretty intense, typical for a tech startup. Work-life balance suffers when expectations aren't clear, and there's not much structured feedback. The hybrid work setup is okay, but sometimes you feel out of the loop.
Advice to Management: Work on establishing clearer communication channels and defining expectations for different roles. More formal career development paths would also help retain talent.
