Pros: Some team leads are really supportive. As a Project Engineer, I've had decent autonomy on my projects, which helps with getting work done in this industrial electronics field. There's good technical knowledge among many managers.
Cons: Upper management often feels a bit out of touch. Decision-making is super slow, especially for new power solutions development, which bogs things down. Communication from the top isn't consistent, making it tough to see the bigger picture in our corporate environment.
