Pros: The hybrid work option is a real plus for recruiting roles. Being able to work from home a couple days a week helps with the commute in Chicago. It's good that it's an option at all.
Cons: It's tough when client demands mean you're in the Chicago office more often than planned. Full remote isn't really an option for most positions here. The work-flexibility here feels like it could be more consistent.
Advice to Management: Consider more consistent hybrid schedules and clearer guidelines for remote work possibilities for staffing professionals. It would help a lot with employee morale.

Pros: You learn a ton, especially coming in new to the recruitment industry. It's a decent place to get your foot in the door for junior consultants. The sales training is actually pretty solid.
Cons: Senior leadership isn't always great with giving clear direction. There's a lot of micromanagement, even with our hybrid work arrangement. It can get frustrating trying to hit sales targets with inconsistent guidance.
Advice to Management: Senior leaders need to trust their teams more. Give us clearer strategic goals instead of constant check-ins, especially for our remote days. Support growth, don't just dictate tasks.
