Solid Place for Consulting Career Growth
Pros: I've really enjoyed my time as an SAP Consultant. The learning opportunities are excellent; I've grown so much in IT consulting. My colleagues are supportive, making it a great environment. Project stability and a clear focus on client solutions make this a secure place to work in the tech industry.
Cons: While career growth is good, promotions can feel a bit slow at times. Also, some internal approval processes could be faster. Occasional client travel can be demanding, but it's part of the consulting role.

Decent Stability for a Business Analyst
Pros: Job security here is good, especially for Business Analyst roles. The company has a consistent stream of client solutions projects, so there's always work. I felt pretty secure in my position in the Dallas office.

Okay Pay, Benefits Could Use a Boost
Pros: The health insurance benefits were solid, definitely better than what I expected for a mid-sized corporate firm. They also had a pretty good 401k match, which is a nice perk for employees.
Cons: Base salary for Business Analyst roles felt a bit low, especially compared to market rates in the Dallas office. There wasn't much room for salary negotiation either, which was tough.
Advice to Management: Please look at current market salaries for your key roles. Better compensation could really help with retention for folks in corporate solutions.
