Daythree's okay, but growth is slow for me.
Pros: I like the team; everyone's pretty supportive. The Kuala Lumpur office has a decent vibe, and the initial training for client-facing roles was solid. It's a stable corporate environment.
Cons: Career growth is a big challenge here. As a Project Coordinator, there just aren't many clear promotion paths. You often feel stuck, and you have to really fight for new projects. Pay raises aren't super competitive either.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer promotion tracks. Invest in leadership training for mid-level staff, especially in our BPO industry.

Pay is okay, benefits could be stronger
Pros: The base salary for a Customer Success Specialist is pretty much standard for BPO roles in the Kuala Lumpur office. They always pay on time, which is important. Health insurance coverage is decent, not amazing but it's there.
Cons: Annual raises are tiny, honestly they don't really keep up with living costs. There aren't many extra perks or good long-term benefits beyond the basics. It just feels like Daythree could invest more in employee retention through better compensation in the customer support solutions team.
Advice to Management: Review the compensation strategy, especially for annual raises and long-term benefits, to improve employee satisfaction and reduce turnover.

Job security is okay if you hit your numbers
Pros: For new grads or folks new to the BPO world, it's a decent place to get some customer experience. If you consistently hit your KPIs as a Customer Service Associate, your spot feels pretty secure. The onsite teams in the Kuala Lumpur office are generally supportive.
Cons: They're pretty quick to let people go if your performance dips, which makes job security feel shaky. It's a high-pressure environment, so you constantly feel like you're on probation. There isn't much stability for long-term career growth beyond your initial role.
Advice to Management: Try to offer more clear paths for internal promotions and skill development. It would help retain talent and improve overall job security perceptions, especially for the dedicated Customer Service Associate roles.
