Pros: I appreciate the designated WFH days for us software development folks. It really helps me focus on coding tasks without constant interruptions. Having the option to work remotely a couple of days a week is pretty decent.
Cons: The mandatory three days in the Seattle office can be a real drag. It heavily limits true work flexibility for engineers who might prefer full remote work. This policy isn't great for your work-life balance if you have a long commute.
Advice to Management: Management should seriously rethink the strict onsite policy for specific tech industry roles. Offering more flexibility would boost retention and attract top talent.
