Pros: It's rewarding to work for a non-profit like Women Of Will Malaysia, especially in community development. The social impact of our programs for women empowerment is clear. You really feel good helping people directly, and the team for my Community Outreach Officer role was supportive.
Cons: Leadership here sometimes struggles with clear communication, which makes planning tough for us on the ground. We don't always get timely feedback on our projects. There's also a lack of consistent strategy, making it hard to feel like career growth is well-supported even as a Community Outreach Officer.
Advice to Management: Focus on clearer communication channels and establish a more consistent strategic vision. Regular check-ins and performance reviews would also help employees understand their career path better.
