Pros: The team environment in the Kuala Lumpur office is actually pretty good. Everyone's supportive, which helps a lot when you're grinding. You learn a lot about the steel manufacturing industry products; it's solid if you're new to construction materials or just building foundational knowledge.
Cons: Career progression for Sales Executive roles feels really stalled. It's tough to see a clear path up the ladder, even after decent performance. I've been here a few years, but there isn't much opportunity for training or new responsibilities. It's more of the same daily tasks.
Advice to Management: Invest more in career development programs and create clearer promotion criteria for employees, especially in sales. People need to see a future here.
