Okay for new consultants, but culture needs work
Pros: You get a solid learning curve as a Junior Consultant. There's good exposure to the financial services industry, so the project work is often interesting. The hybrid work arrangement is pretty decent, offering some flexibility.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit cliquey sometimes. It's tough to build connections outside of your direct project team. There's also not always clear communication from leadership, which can make things confusing.
Advice to Management: Try to foster more inclusive team-building activities, not just project-based ones. Clearer communication from senior leadership would really help morale and direction for consultants.

Decent flexibility for a corporate consulting gig
Pros: I appreciate the hybrid model; usually 2-3 days a week WFH. For Consultant roles, it's pretty solid compared to some other firms. This really helps cut down on the NYC commute and managing personal appointments.
Cons: Sometimes the WFH days aren't guaranteed, especially with client demands in the financial services industry. If your project lead prefers everyone in the New York office, you're pretty much stuck going in. It's not truly flexible if you're on a tough project or working with certain senior managers.
Advice to Management: Try to standardize the hybrid policy across all teams. Give more autonomy to project managers regarding WFH days rather than making it dependent on individual preference.
