Cons: There's not much flexibility if you need to swap an onsite shift last minute. When someone calls out, you're definitely expected to cover, often leading to mandatory overtime. The high prescription volume means late nights sometimes, really messing with personal time and making a solid work-life balance tough.
Advice to Management: Try to staff better to avoid mandatory overtime, especially for Pharmacy Technician roles. Consider implementing more flexible scheduling options or an easier shift-swap system for onsite shifts. It would really help morale.
