Hybrid is Okay, But Real Flexibility Lacking

Pros: As a Project Coordinator, the hybrid model is pretty decent here. I get 2 WFH days which really helps with personal stuff for consulting services. It's a solid arrangement for general admin tasks.
Cons: But true flexibility on daily hours isn't really a thing. You're expected in the London office on set days. Shifting core hours is tough in this mid-sized company.
Advice to Management: Consider more flexibility with core hours. Empower teams to manage their schedules better, especially for non-client-facing roles. Show more
