Pros: I've learned a ton about the manufacturing sector here. The team is really supportive, and everyone helps each other out when production schedules get tight. It's a solid place to gain experience as a Junior Engineer.
Cons: Work flexibility is pretty much non-existent for onsite roles in the Kuala Lumpur office. You're expected to be at your desk every day, 9 to 5. There's no real option for a hybrid model or WFH, which can be tough sometimes.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more flexible work options, especially for roles that don't require constant onsite presence. A hybrid model could really boost morale and attract more talent.
