Pros: I really liked my coworkers. Everyone on the floor in the Kuala Lumpur office was super friendly and helped each other out, which is great for a new Retail Sales Associate. We had a solid team dynamic among ourselves.
Cons: The company culture was a bit tough. There's high turnover, especially for entry-level retail roles. It felt like management didn't do much to build a strong team outside of daily tasks, so no real team events or bonding.
Advice to Management: Try to invest more in team building activities and address the high turnover for retail sales associates. It would make a big difference in team morale.
