Flexibility is improving, still room to grow

Pros: They're trying to offer more hybrid work options for Property Manager roles, which is a nice step forward in the real estate industry. If you plan ahead, you can usually get approval for an occasional work-from-home day, especially if you're not client-facing that day.
Cons: There's still a strong expectation for onsite presence in the Los Angeles office, more so than I'd like. True work-life balance can be a challenge sometimes, especially with all the client demands in property management. It's not a place where you can just decide to WFH on a whim, it's pretty structured.
Advice to Management: Keep pushing for more true hybrid options across all departments. Trust your Property Managers more with their schedules and focus on results, not just hours in the office. Show more
