Work-life is decent, but can get tricky
Pros: It's good that on regular weeks, I can usually stick to 40 hours. There's also some flexibility to work from home a couple of days, which is nice for a corporate setup. The hybrid option helps a lot.
Cons: When a project deadline hits, forget about leaving on time. Our tech team often has to pull late nights, and it really eats into personal time. It's tough to plan anything after work during those periods.
Advice to Management: I think management needs to really look at project planning and capacity for the software development teams. Better resource management would help prevent the constant crunch periods. Show more
