Not much flexibility, especially during busy season
Pros: The team in the Lahore office is pretty supportive, which helps. You learn a lot about financial reporting and audit engagements if you stick around. It's a solid mid-sized accounting firm for entry-level roles.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't really a thing here. As a Junior Accountant, you're expected onsite almost all the time. Forget about a hybrid model, especially when client deadlines hit during tax season.
Advice to Management: Consider offering a true hybrid model for employees, especially outside of peak seasons. It would help retain talent and improve overall morale. Show more
