Production Supervisor

Leadership at this printing company is a mixed bag

Pros: The team leads on the floor are really solid. They know the commercial printing process well and can guide new staff. It's good to learn from them in an onsite role.
Cons: Upper leadership at this mid-sized printing company often feels disconnected. Decisions come down without much explanation, which impacts daily packaging production. There's not enough room for a Production Supervisor to really influence things.
Advice to Management: Listen more to the floor staff. Improve communication from the top down and involve team leads in bigger decisions. This would help overall for those in printing operations. Show more
