Decent job security for accounting roles

Pros: The job security here is pretty solid as an Audit Associate. They don't have massive layoffs or anything crazy like that. If you're performing well in the Kuala Lumpur office, your spot is generally safe.
Cons: Career growth can sometimes feel slow, even with good performance reviews. There's not a lot of work flexibility, you're expected to be onsite most days. The audit work itself can get pretty repetitive.
Advice to Management: Consider offering more clear advancement paths for Audit Associates. Also, look into ways to vary the project work to keep it more engaging. Show more
