Leadership could use some serious improvement

Pros: The team here is solid, especially for network operations; you learn a lot about telecommunications infrastructure. The hybrid work model in our Kuala Lumpur office is also a plus, offering good work flexibility.
Cons: Leadership struggles with clear direction and consistency. As a Network Engineer, it felt like decisions for critical projects were often arbitrary, and they don't always back their teams. This makes moving forward tough.
Advice to Management: Management needs to listen more to front-line engineers and communicate decisions transparently. Clear goals and consistent support would really help morale. Show more
