Cons: The workload can sometimes feel overwhelming, especially during peak enrollment periods. I wish communication from upper management was more consistent and clear. Don't expect huge benefits or corporate perks here.
Advice to Management: Try to improve internal communication flows and find ways to better manage workload distribution, especially for those in client-facing roles. It would help a lot with overall employee satisfaction.
