Pros: I really liked the hybrid model. We got two WFH days a week which helped a lot with the commute. It's good for trying to balance personal stuff as a Marketing Associate.
Cons: Work flexibility isn't consistent across teams. Some managers are super strict about core hours. It makes planning tough, even with the WFH days. You can't just shift your day easily.
Advice to Management: Standardize the flexible work policies across all departments. Not every team should operate so differently when it comes to WFH and core hours. Empower managers to trust their teams more.
