Leadership is Okay, Room for Improvement
Pros: The team here in the Kuala Lumpur office is great; we really help each other out with IT support tickets. I learned a lot about network troubleshooting, which is good for an entry-level IT specialist.
Cons: Leadership often feels detached from the day-to-day for us IT support roles. Decisions sometimes come down without much explanation, and it can be tough to get project approvals for infrastructure upgrades. There's not much clear career path guidance from upper management.
Advice to Management: Management needs to be more transparent with decisions and actively listen to feedback from front-line IT staff. Clearer communication about company direction and career progression for technical roles would really help improve morale and retention. Show more
