Elite Score Sdn. Bhd. (ESSB) commenced business in May 1997. ESSB is now the largest supplier of ready-mix concrete in Sabah. Operating from its headquarters in Lahad Datu, ESSB has numerous production facilities strategically located throughout the state of Sabah. Its market coverage is further strengthened by a large distribution fleet of transit mixer trucks and a wide range of plant and equipment. ESSB’s geographical coverage includes growth markets of Kota Kinabalu, Sandakan, Lahad Datu, Tawau, Kunak, Semporna and fast-growing oil and gas industrial regions at Kimanis and Sipitang. ESSB has implemented ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System and secured certification in June 2011 by the accreditation bodies of UKAS and ANAB.

Okay culture, but changes keep happening

Pros: The team's really supportive, especially as a Junior Data Analyst in the Kuala Lumpur office. People are generally willing to help out, which makes daily work in the financial services industry easier. You can learn a lot if you're proactive.
Cons: Leadership decisions change often, and it's frustrating. There isn't much transparency when management shifts, which affects project continuity. It's tough to build long-term plans when things are always up in the air.
Advice to Management: Management should really work on consistent communication. Transparency about strategic changes would help a lot. Empower teams more and try to stick to decisions once they're made. Show more
