Pros: The shop crew is awesome here. We really help each other out, especially with complex precision engineering tasks. You can definitely pick up a lot if you're new to the manufacturing sector.
Cons: Management often misses the mark on communication. It's hard to get clear project updates. The company culture for us onsite employees feels pretty stuck, not much room for fresh ideas from the floor.
Advice to Management: Managers, please share more about company goals. Listen to the feedback from the people actually doing the work. Modernize the workplace culture to make it more engaging for everyone.
