Solid Place for Iron Works, Culture's Okay
Pros: As a Fabricator here, I've learned a lot in the metal fabrication industry. It's stable work, and the guys in the workshop are generally good people. We have a good routine for onsite projects.
Cons: The company culture feels a bit traditional, sometimes communication isn't great between departments. It can be tough to suggest new ways of doing things, especially for younger staff in the Johor Bahru office.
Advice to Management: Try to listen more to employees at all levels, especially about improving internal processes. Modernizing communication would really help. Show more
