Solid Role in Renal Care, Job Security is Okay
Pros: You're generally pretty secure as an onsite team member in our dialysis clinics. The demand for renal care services is constant, so that helps a lot. It's a big, established corporate healthcare company.
Cons: Sometimes there are management shifts that make you a bit nervous. Restructuring happens, which can affect things. Not everything feels totally iron-clad for all roles.
Advice to Management: Try to be more transparent about any big corporate changes. It helps ease employee worries about their future here. Show more
