Pros: As a Data Analyst here, the hybrid model is a big plus. We get a few days working from home, which really helps with my commute in Kuala Lumpur. They're also pretty chill about flexible start times if you need to beat traffic.
Cons: But it's not fully remote; you still have to be in the Kuala Lumpur office most days. Sometimes, if a client project on data analytics is urgent, you can't really log off at 5 PM sharp, which can mess with the flexibility.
Advice to Management: Consider increasing the number of remote work days allowed. This would greatly enhance work flexibility and help with employee retention, especially for roles like Data Analyst where much of the work can be done remotely.
