Okay Place, But Career Growth is Slow

Pros: The team is generally supportive, and it's a solid place for learning the basics of investment management. You get good exposure to client interaction early on. Plus, the hybrid work option was a nice perk for my work-life balance.
Cons: Career growth is pretty stagnant here for Client Service Associate roles. There isn't a clear path to becoming a financial advisor or moving into more senior positions. It felt like you hit a ceiling quickly, especially in the Atlanta office. Internal promotions for those wanting to specialize in wealth management were rare.
Advice to Management: Management needs to create clearer career paths and offer more training for employees looking to advance, especially for Client Service Associates interested in becoming financial advisors or getting into wealth management. Invest in internal talent. Show more
