Okay flexibility for an equity firm, but could improve.

Pros: It's good that Goodmode Equity Sdn Bhd offers some understanding for personal appointments. As an Investment Analyst, I've had a few times I could leave early. The Kuala Lumpur office location is convenient too.
Cons: Work from home isn't really a thing for us in the financial services industry here. You're mostly expected onsite daily, so the hybrid model is pretty limited. It's tough to balance personal life with the strict office presence.
Advice to Management: Consider a more structured hybrid work policy. It would really help staff in the Kuala Lumpur office manage their time better and boost morale. Show more
