Okay Place, Not Super Secure Right Now

Pros: The team here is pretty friendly, especially in the Kuala Lumpur office. You can learn a lot if you're a junior accountant, especially with the diverse projects in property development and investment.
Cons: Job security is a real concern lately. There's been a lot of talk about restructuring, which makes things feel unstable. It's hard to feel confident in your role as a finance professional when leadership keeps changing directions without much communication.
Advice to Management: Management really needs to be more transparent about the company's future. Employees need clear communication, especially when it comes to job security and upcoming changes. This would definitely boost morale and trust. Show more
