Leadership Can Be a Mixed Bag Here
Pros: My direct manager in the Shah Alam facility was pretty supportive, which made daily tasks like overseeing machining processes easier. They generally trust you to get your work done without micromanaging.
Cons: Upper management often feels disconnected from the ground level in this mid-sized manufacturing operation. There's not always clear communication, and strategic decisions don't always trickle down well, making it tough for production supervisor roles.
Advice to Management: Focus on improving communication channels between senior leaders and the factory floor. More transparent decision-making would really help boost morale and efficiency across metal fabrication teams. Show more
