5A Realty Sendirian Berhad is a professional registered real estate agency registered with Suruhanjaya Syarikat Malaysia (SSM) and the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Real Estate Agents Malaysia (BOVAEA) in March 2016. The company was formally Wang Lai Realty (Puchong) which was established in March 2005. The need to change our company structure was essential and necessary to serve our clients better. The company is now in a better position to expand to new heights and to employ more professional registered sales and negotiators teams with the BOVAEA. With ten years of experience, we have a proven successful track record as marketing agent for property developers and in the secondary market sector. We had exemplary results to show every year as all of our top management and sales team members have more than 8 to 20 years experience in the property industry. We were continuously retained by our property developer clients throughout their phases of development. We had always met the high expectation from our clients, even to the extent of clearing their difficult to sell stocks. Upon his retirement from the Malaysian army in 1999 after 36 years of service Colonel Lai acquired his professional real estate licence to practice and joined Wang Lai Realty as the Branch Manager of Wang Lai Realty (Puchong). He has 16 years of experience in the industry. Director: Mr Calvin Teh Boon King. Mr Teh has more than 20 years in the industry specialising in primary sales for Developers. He was the Business Development Manager in Wang Lai Realty (Puchong). Director : Mr CT Lim. Mr Lim has 15 years as a Team Leader in project sales.
