We are CIDB registered Grade G7 categori B and CE Main Contractor, specialise in earthwork, warehouse & factory construction projects and owning a fleet of construction plant and equipment. Formation of Erallex Sdn Bhd is to undertake construction and infrastructure projects, either from Government or Private Employer sectors. We Would like to invite competent and motivated candidate to join our organization in line with our current strategic development.

Decent place for IT, but flexibility needs work

Pros: The team is solid, and I've learned a lot about software development here. The pay for an IT company in Malaysia is also pretty competitive, which is a plus. We get some interesting projects to work on.
Cons: Work flexibility is a major issue, even for us in the tech team. They say "hybrid" but expect you in the Kuala Lumpur office most days. It's tough when you're a Software Engineer and need deep focus time. WFH is really hard to get approved unless you're sick.
Advice to Management: Really consider offering more genuine work-from-home options for your tech roles. It would boost morale and productivity for your Software Engineers in Kuala Lumpur. Trust your employees more. Show more
