Barista

Okay for Baristas, but can be tough.
Pros: They try to be flexible with shifts sometimes, which is good. As a Barista, you get regular breaks during your shift, which is a nice breather from being on your feet all day. If you're part-time, it's easier to manage.
Cons: Work-life balance can be really tough, especially in the coffee shop industry. The hours are long, and shifts often change last minute in our Kuala Lumpur branches. It's hard to get weekends off consistently, even for full-time onsite staff.
Advice to Management: Try to be more consistent with schedules and give baristas more advance notice for shift changes. Consider offering more fixed weekend availability for long-term staff. It would really help with morale.
