ASIE is developing Tamansari Riverside Garden City, a major urban regeneration project in the inner city of Kuala Lumpur popularly known as the Pekeliling Flats Area. Tamansari Riverside Garden City is located on the nothern city limits of Kuala Lumpur. It sits strategically at the crossroads of Jalan Tun Razak, Jalan Pahang and the Gombak River. As part of the regeneration project, ASIE has completed the construction of Sri Rampai 1 consisting of 1920 units of Public Housing (8 blocks of 20 storey flats, a multi-purpose hall, a "surau" and a hawker center) and Sri Rampai 2 consisting of 871 units of Public Housing (4 blocks of 20 storey flats).
