Future's a bit hazy for Instructors here

Pros: I really liked teaching blockchain education and working with smart people. The hybrid model in the San Francisco office was a plus. It's cool to be in the crypto space, which is exciting.
Cons: Job security is a real concern here, especially as an Instructor. Things change fast in this startup environment, and it feels like roles can disappear overnight. There isn't much transparency from leadership about what's next.
Advice to Management: Improve communication about the company's direction and financial stability. People need to feel more secure in their roles, especially in the volatile blockchain industry. Show more
