Careglove Global was incorporated in Malaysia under the Companies Act 1965 on 24 February 2011 as a private limited company. Its principal activity is to carry on the business as manufacturer of rubber gloves. Careglove Global was a joint venture company between Careplus Group and Descarpack Descartaveis do Brasil Ltda, a company incorporated under the laws of Brazil.
