Leadership is okay, but needs clear vision
Pros: There's a good team environment, especially for Sales Executive roles, and colleagues are pretty supportive. The company culture in the Kuala Lumpur office is generally chill, which is a plus. Benefits are decent for a manufacturing firm.
Cons: Leadership struggles with giving clear direction, which makes it tough for long-term planning for us. Decision-making for big projects can be really slow, impacting our aluminium fabrication timelines and sales targets. I haven't seen much of a clear career path here.
Advice to Management: Focus on creating a clear, long-term strategy for the company's future in the metal manufacturing industry. Improve communication from the top down and maybe invest in some leadership development programs for your managers. It would really help with overall employee morale and retention. Show more
