Gerex Automation were also appointed as the Authorised Distributor for Bosch Rexroth products. Bosch Rexroth Hydraulics are the world leading Hydraulic Company. With the vast experience and technical competency of our personnel, we have grown to become the leading Hydraulic Company in the Southern Region of Malaysia.

Gerex Automation is also marketing various state-of-Art Hydraulic Machineries including Hydraulic Presses and other Hydraulic related equipment.

Culture is okay, but can be better

Pros: I've met some really good people here. The team for industrial automation projects is supportive, and there's a strong sense of camaraderie among the Production Technician staff in the Shah Alam office. We often help each other out, which makes daily tasks easier.
Cons: The company culture can feel a bit rigid. New ideas don't always get picked up quickly, which is tough when you're trying to innovate in the manufacturing sector. Communication from higher-ups isn't always clear, and it affects morale sometimes.
Advice to Management: Try to be more open to new ideas from the ground up. Improving communication flow, especially about company direction, would really boost morale and make the company culture feel more inclusive. Listen to the Production Technician teams; we often see challenges firsthand. Show more
