Decent Place, But Leadership Can Be Better

Pros: The immediate team is solid and collaborative, which makes daily work manageable. As a Software Engineer, I've had the chance to work on some interesting software development projects. The Kuala Lumpur office is also in a good spot.
Cons: Leadership sometimes feels disconnected from the ground level. Decisions often come down without much explanation, and it can be tough for the engineering team to understand the 'why'. There's not a lot of transparency from upper management.
Advice to Management: Try to involve the team more in strategic discussions. Clearer communication about decisions and future direction would go a long way for morale, especially for those in technical roles like software engineering. Listen to your mid-level managers. Show more
