Cons: Leadership sometimes feels disconnected from the ground level. Decisions often come down without much explanation, and it can be tough for the engineering team to understand the 'why'. There's not a lot of transparency from upper management.
Advice to Management: Try to involve the team more in strategic discussions. Clearer communication about decisions and future direction would go a long way for morale, especially for those in technical roles like software engineering. Listen to your mid-level managers.
